FIRST COMMUNION - GRADE 2

If your child was not baptized at St. Michael’s we will need a copy of their baptismal certificate from the church of baptism. Certificates and forms can be faxed to 525-2443, scanned to  or mailed to Religious Education Office at 53 Somers Rd. East Longmeadow, MA 01028

Confirmation - Grade 9 & 10 (2024 - 2025 year)

Meets on Sunday evenings. If your child was not baptized at St. Michael’s and you have not previously submitted it for First Communion, we will need a copy of their baptismal certificate from the church of baptism.
