Dear Family and Friends of St. Michael’s Parish, On behalf of Sister Mary, Sister Betty, and myself, we sincerely thank you for all of your kind Christmas cards and presents during this sacred season. The love that is present here in our parish community is quite inspiring. It is very humbling for us to experience the blessing of being here in East Longmeadow. We sincerely thank you for that grace. I also wish to thank every single person who helps make St. Michael’s Parish such a special place. Your ministry is invaluable and it is inspiring to see how Christ lives, moves, and breathes through so many hearts here in our parish family. I pray that this Christmas season is a special and blessed time for you and your families. Always know that my heart is open to you and I love you very much. May God bless you always and in all ways. Your friend in Christ, Fr. Wayne
Do you have a hard-to-shop-for person on your Christmas gift list? Or perhaps someone has been asking what you would like for yourself for Christmas, but you don’t have any ideas to give? Please consider making, or suggesting, a donation in honor of someone, or yourself, to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society. 100% of all donations received go directly to helping those in need from our church and in our community, at a time when the need is very great. Your gift would help feed the hungry, keep folks warm by providing fuel assistance, support a free health clinic, and aid Sr. Mary and Sr. Betty in their ministries. Memorial donations are always gratefully accepted. Checks may be made payable to SVDP Society of St. Michael’s Parish and sent to the office. Your tax-deductible donation will be acknowledged and the recipient will be informed that you have made a gift in their honor. Thank you and may God bless you for your consideration.
LITTLE ANGELS… This year Little Angels will once again be collecting new baby items such as blankets, diapers, wipes, or new clothing for those in need. Please place any items you would like to donate under the trees on Jan 3rd and 10th. This will coincide with the Mass on Jan 10th celebrating the Baptism of the Lord. We thank you for all that you do!
